Legal Small Print

For your reassurance all of our events are governed under the Laws of Scotland.

For your added reassurance, we have never had to cancel any event due to illness or injury or holiday or act of God impacting on any of our talented team being unable to attend. We have a squad of incredibly talented professionals, who all know their role well, and who are able to perform even in the occasional emergency circumstances that crop up (we all catch a cold from time to time, of course).

Should circumstances dictate that the client booking Whisky Kiss needs to cancel then the terms are just as follows:

Cancellation within 1 month of the event = 100% of fee is payable

Within 2 months of the event = 75% of the fee is payable

Within 3 months of the event = 50% is payable

Within 6 months of the event = 25% of the fee is payable

These are extremely rare occurences but we figure it's always better to be clear and to reassure that we always have a plan! We cannot wait to get the ceilidh started for you!
